Snack Time

This is one of my favorite snacks, has been for years.


Apples, mild cheddar cheese, crackers, smokehouse almonds.  (I usually skip the crackers, but today I just wanted them!)  With this snack, you get it all - sweet, crunchy, creamy, salty.  And you get all kinds of good things - fiber, protein, dairy, fruit, carbs, etc.  Next time you're in the pantry looking for a snack and almost grab the chips, try this instead, I guarantee you'll love it and your kids will too.  (Kara does!)  It's even a nice lunch on the go - I happen to know from experience that this is easy to eat while driving.  ;-)
