Aldi 3-27-12
Kara's school is having a special Grandparents day at school Friday, which Michael's parents are coming in town for. So sweet! Anyway, I signed up to bring a fruit platter, knowing I would have a way to get great fruit at a great price. Yep, I took a trip to Aldi today.
1 lb strawberries - 1.59
3.5 lbs bananas - 1.54
1 whole pineapple - 1.69
2 lbs green grapes - 1.78
Total 6.60
That, plus some apples I already have in my fridge will make a pretty platter - I'll post a pic when I make it. :-)
