How is it November already?
I went to Publix and got all of this for $77.37.
Not only was everything Buy One, Get One free (aka half price), but they have a deal where every $50 you spend, you get $10 back. I did that twice, and got $20 back. I also had $2 in digital coupons I put on my phone.
Original Price - $196.09
I spent - $77.37
I saved - $118.72, which is 61%
* Fun fact - I had a list of how many of each thing to buy before I left the house to make sure I hit $100 so I could get two of the $10 back. All the prices in my store were cheaper than nationwide (from the coupon site I used to make my list), so I had to buy more of everything to hit $100. How do you like that? Cost of living here in Alabama is cheaper across the board. Even a grocery store isn't the same here.
I spent $16 earlier this week at Walmart. While my mom was there, she picked up milk, oranges, waffles, and tums for us. Moms are great!
