Monthly Totals 3/18-4/21

My "month" is from the 20th through the 19th because that's what my credit card cycle is.  So, this month fell from March 18th to April 21st, which is actually 5 weeks.  Now, I don't count my coupon earnings toward what I spent because I set that aside to pay taxes on.  I do, however, count money I earn for stuff in my stockpile because I put that right back into more groceries for my stockpile.  That's more dollar for dollar and no profit, so no taxes to pay.  (And, a lot of what I buy that week is to turn around and give to others, who reimburse me.)

Here we go:
I spent      I earned      Works out to
Week of 3/18 - 3/24    $138.01      $10.00         $128.01
Week of 3/25 - 3/31    $71.00                            $71.00
Week of 4/1 - 4/7        $120.23      $128.00      -$7.77
Week of 4/8 - 4/14      $34.32        $4.00          $30.32
Week of 4/15 - 4/21    $135.06      $12.00        $123.06
TOTALS                     $498.62      $154.00      $344.62

Works out to $344.62 total, divided by 5 weeks, which is $68.92 a week.  YES!!!!!

Lol! Sorry! I'm basically saying that when people pay me for groceries I already own, that are in my basement, I put that money back into my checking account and spend it on that week's groceries for myself. So I feel like I can subtract that from how much I spent that week on groceries.

But when I shop for other people and earn profit (like as their personal shopper), I put all that money in a separate account for taxes at the end of the year (and don't consider it for my "I earned" column above).
