Delightful

Today was absolutely fantastic.  I brought a lot of my stuff back upstairs and moved it into the kitchen.  I got to play with my new stuff too.  Wow, the new kitchen is even bigger than the old one.  I still have several free drawers/cabinets.

I made a simple lunch today, but I'm looking forward to doing some heavy duty baking/cooking soon.  It's time to make a list and get started!  I have a lot to learn with my new ovens - bread can rise in it, it can be used as a crock pot, and it can be used as a grill.  I will be looking to donate my crock pot, toaster oven, and I may not even need the grill anymore.  I need to be sure first, of course, but I would LOVE to use just my ovens for all of that!

Ignoring the fact that I'm sick is starting to catch up with me.  I think it's time for early pjs and resting.  Well, I have users manuals to read for my new appliances, but that's still rest.  :-D
