Christmas
We had a wonderful Christmas this year. My family came over to celebrate and we made it last all morning. Actually, I was rushing Kara along because she wanted to play with things as she opened them. How sweet is that?
As the lady of the house, Christmas means long lists of things for me to do so that it all looks simple, elegant, and flawless, but it's worth it. The fall was busy with the renovation and December was full getting ready for Christmas, I think it's almost time for me to REALLY rest for the first time in several months. :-)
