Tonight we had one of my favorite quick, cheap, easy dinners: scrambled egg sandwiches. I got a dozen eggs for 97 cents, a loaf of bread for 77 cents, and a pound of butter for less than two dollars. I used 4 eggs, 1 tbsp butter, and 4 slices of bread, so I believe that adds up to about 65 cents for both of us. Awesome and cooks up in about 4 minutes. I only have to wash 2 plates, a knife, and one pan and spoon.
