Whew!  I went way over this month.  Well, I guess that always happens when I go out of town.  Not to mention the request I received to cook more beef.  Like all beef.  :-)  Next month I'll be packing for the big move, so I'll try to make as much stuff as I can from the freezer and pantry.  The more I make, the less I have to pack.
