JCPenny - 1st and 3rd Fridays
I headed over to JCPenny tonight to check out the new "best prices" sales. These are color coded blue. They are available every first and third Friday. The "everyday prices" are the red tags and are around "everyday." Good decision on the name, huh. :-)
I found signs like this:
Of course, $2 and up means most things are more expensive than this, but not much! For example:
Not sure if you can read that, but this really cute kids shirt was only $5. I found a lot of cute things for $2, $3, $4, and $5. About half of the blue tagged items were $10 and $12 though. So, if you're a great bargain hunter and like to sort through the stuff to find a deal (I'm thinking of you, Elisabeth!) :-) you can still have fun at JCPenny. No coupons, no percentages to figure out, just purely inexpensive and clearly written - just look for the blue tags. Very nice!
There were $2 and up items in the kids clothing, adult clothing, jewelry, purses, household items (picture frames, pillows, shower curtains), etc. I didn't get to check out curtains, women's plus sized, lingere, shoes, or mens clothing sections, so I can't report on those.
I recommend checking it out on the first Friday of March. :-)
