It's a cold, rainy, dreary day. Rain, soon it will be snow, middle of the week, Blah. The perfect dinner is grilled cheese and tomato soup. I took a little help from my freezer and made the yummy creamy tomato soup with chicken, tortellini, and spinach - which, of course, I bought with a coupon! It warms me from the inside out!
