CVS 3-15-18
I saw Prevacid was on sale and I had a $10 off $50 coupon that expired today, so I went to CVS on a mission.
This may not look like much, but these are pricey items! Especially Prevacid.
I spent $22.79 on $90.41 worth of stuff. That is 75% savings.
I went straight to the Prevacid and got the 42 count.
2 Prevacid 42 count
Original price $29.49 each
On sale B1G1 50% off
Used $3 off coupon loaded on my card
Used $3 off $15 CVS coupon
THEN I got $3EBs back
I paid $17.62 each
BUT, since I used my $10 off $50 purchase, I paid $12.62 each. Amazing.
Then I picked up my Gain.
50oz Gain
Original price $9.49
On sale $4.94
Used $2 off coupon loaded on my card
I paid $2.94
Then I checked out the toothpaste deal.
Original price $3.59 each
On sale $2.99
2EBs back
I paid $0.99
I know, right? I bought two since I'm always up for quality toothpaste for less than a dollar.
Right behind me was Michael's deodorant. I always check this out (it wasn't in the weekly ad I studied and made my plan with beforehand.)
Original price $3.19
On sale $2.50
Used $2 off CVS coupon
Used $1 off Manufacturer coupon
THEN I got $2EBs back
Y'all. I got them both FREE.
After being so excited about those free deodorants, I went to the Easter candy before I headed to the register.
2 bags M&Ms
Original price $4.19 each
On sale $2.50 each
Used $1 off CVS coupon
Used $1 off Manufacturer coupon
I paid $1.50 each
So, my total for the day was $33.16.
But, since I had a $10.37 gift card from returning something weeks ago,
I spent $22.79, plus tax. Yes.
Originally this stuff was $90.41.
I saved $67.63, which is 75%.
If I bought this same exact stuff at Walmart, I would have spent $69.19. (Two big Prevacid's. They're killer.)
I saved $46.41 off that Walmart price, which is 67%.
