Settling In

The kitchen was the first room to be completely unpacked.  Look at Christina cook in her brand new kitchen for the very first time!

Our evenings were spent on their back porch, which is gigantic.  Whether we are in the hot tub, sitting by the fire, enjoying the stars, or watching it rain on the pool, we love it out there.

Monday we went to Huntsville together to so they could buy furniture.  I took them to my favorite place that gets name brand furniture overstock - they found what they wanted in five minutes!

Meanwhile, this is what Michael was doing.  This baby was 9.3 pounds!  I wish it was this beautiful here already - he was in Florida.

More sitting by the fire, more burning boxes.  Each day got warmer and warmer and warmer.

Tony went to buy chicks, who will be raised to eat the grasshoppers that threaten his garden and raised to produce eggs.

It ended up being in the upper 70s.  Our kitties were pretty hot with their winter coats.  Here is Shadow relaxing on the front porch like a little lion.

We finally took a minute to take a picture of the happy couple in their dream home.

God saw fit to shine a pretty rainbow behind their pool, pool house, and barn.

Mom and dad came in town to see the new house and to help unpack and finish cleaning.  Here we are stopping for a quick girls lunch in between grocery shopping.

I believe Christina's house is completely done - with what we are helping with anyway.  It is clean and everything is unpacked!  Now, they are like every other homeowner and will constantly have some fun project they are working on.  :-)

Life with my family here is really fun!
