I have all these bathroom jokes swirling around my head - I'm renovating 2 bathrooms, #1, #2, don't worry, I'm not going to go there.  But I needed you to appreciate the fact that I'm restraining myself.

Here are the pictures of the second bathroom ripped up.  Take note of that lovely black subfloor where we had water leaking a few years ago.  Gonna have to replace that!  Yuck.
