Sunrise on Lake Placid.
We traveled to Albany, the state capital, today. We went to the NY State Museum, originally to do some shopping and eat lunch in the "underground Mall," too. However, forgetting that it was Sunday, Jamie had to apologize that we could not go shopping. There was a Subway restaurant in the museum. However, there was also an event for kids going on, too, on the same floor as the restaurant, so we stood in line for half an hour before we could place our order.

We also visited the Norman Rockwell Museum. I think it was in Stockbridge, but not positive.

We were not allowed to take pictures in the museum, of course, but I got a picture of this sculpture made by Peter Rockwell, Norman's brother.

This is Jamie, the tour director, and Oscar, our driver. Very nice people.

Whoever took the picture of the lake and trees did a wonderful job! That's a great picture!! I wish Florida's trees turned all different colors like that.

Happy to see you're posting again. We always enjoy looking at what you put on here.
